Diane O. Day 5

Breakfast: Nano Greens/Nano Pro + 8 oz water.  10 almonds

Feeling energetic after great AM WOD.  Enjoying the mixture of strength training in addition to the WOD.  Not very hungry this AM…may be speaking too soon.

Mid Morning Snack: 10 raw almonds, 8 oz water.    Ok…getting very sleepy and ready for a nap.  May need to nosh on some turkey!

Lunch: 4 Turkey lettuce wraps.  Used Manoa lettuce.  Apple  slices with almond butter. 8 oz water.

Dinner:  Opakapaka on a bed of Kula greens, 2 shrimp. Perrier

Already know what I am having 🙂  This will be my first meal outside of home. We frequently eat here (Paia Fishmarket) and order the same delicious salad…totally Paleo. They have fabulous french fries!!!

    I heard and was recommended that Paia Fish market is BOMB! Im going to try it, next time im in Paia.

    Does that nano stuff have calories? Cause if not you only ate 20 almonds before lunch. I’d be ravenous.

      Not many calories when mixed with water but when I am on the go it is easier. In Pre-Paleo days I would blend with frozen cherries, blueberries, banana, almond milk and a scoop of vanilla yogurt. You’re right even though they are super foods I need to add more with that.
