Jessica Day 14: Ate.Too.Much

For some reason, I was extra snacky today. Couldn’t even eat a real meal. Whatever the reason, I ate more than normal.

  • Breakfast: Carrot banana muffin. Two slices turkey bacon w/ guacamole. Harlene’s cucumber cups w/ ham and mango
  • AM Snack: 5 Banana chips (Dehydrated them until they were chewy) AND Colleen’s yummy coconut chocolate truffle balls.
  • Lunch: Jenn’s leftover Portuguese Bean Soup (w/o the potatoes and beans). Papaya w/ lemon. Mojito Mint Tea
  • PM Snack: 10 cashews, 2 bites of salt and pepper poke (from Safeway, thanks Jilly)
  • Dinner: 1/2 Pork Lau Lau
  • Post Dinner snack: Papaya and many banana chips

      I was thinking the same thing that is doesnt sound like you ate too much. I think I ate more than that! And all the stuff you ate sounded really good:)
