Prepping my dinner

Tonight I’ll be eating stuffed peppers.
I’m experimenting so I’ll let you know how it turns out.

Ingredients::::
Red bell peppers
Ground turkey
2 eggs
Tons of garlic
Onions
Bacon pieces
Portabella mushroom
Spinach
Cilantro
Carrots
Garlic powder
Cumin
Chili pepper flakes
Pepper
Salt
Cayenne pepper
I will top with diced tomatoes and tomato paste, cover with foil and bake.

I’m going to make cauliflower rice to go with it and salad.

Can’t wait to eat dinner!!!

This will be lunch!!! Deer meat from Colleen which i cooked in garlic, onions, sweet mini bell peppers, and tomato. seasoned with cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and will top off with cilantro over a large salad. I wanted to eat the stuffed peppers already but i won’t be cooking it until dinner. The cumin smelled good so I used it in the deer.

Dinner was super!!! Forgot to take pictures. Cauliflower fried rice was a hit. My dad was teasing me about not being able to eat rice and he ended up bring the very one who really enjoyed the cauliflower.
