Today’s WOD was killer!! It’s been a while since I ran that much! But we all survived it! Congrats to Jenn P. who finished the WOD just under the 45min time cap!!

For the past 2 weeks I’ve been a bottomless  PIT!! All i do is eat ALL DAY LONG except for the days that I am FASTING!

Breakfast- Veggie Omelet (broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, sweet peppers, zucchini, onions, and garlic)

Snack-Nuts and Strawberries

Lunch-Huge colorful salad and sashimi

Snack-Nuts and blackberries

Dinner-???? going to the concert tonight.
