Breakfast: 1 Blueberry Muffin Lara bar, 10 almonds with hot tea.

Lunch:  Kula greens topped with Cuban Stew and 1/2 avocado, water.

PM Snack:  Kale chips and water

Dinner:  Ditto…I am also a creature of habit...Kula greens topped with stew, chopped purple cabbage, cucumbers, celery with a splash of Braggs and olive oil, tall glass of seltzer.  Dessert : 2 dates with 6 raw almonds. Great combination love the crunch factor.
