Diane O. Day 26

Ok, I’m joining you fitches and will continue the Paleo lifestyle until March.  I am finally getting used to prepping and preparing the week’s menu which was a challenge for me when we started.  It involves a lot of work and planning but is totally worth the effort.  I was planning to do it for 30 days but it has become a lifestyle that I love!

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 avocado, 5 strawberries, herbal tea.

AM Snack: Cashew Lara Bar, water.

Lunch:  1 cup cauliflower fried “rice”, 1/2 avocado with plantain chips, celery and carrot sticks, 2 pieces Okinawan sweet potatoes, kale chips, Perrier.       1/2 fudge ball for dessert…yum, thanks Jess!

PM Snack:  2 dates

Dinner:  Spaghetti squash with meatballs in marinara sauce, green salad with raisins, purple cabbage, sprinkled with sunflower seeds and a splash of Braggs and olive oil, herbal tea.

PM Snack:  Handful pistachios …so hard to give up nuts. Would not surprise me if my body fat went up since the challenge started.  I seemed to have replaced carbs with nuts.  Will work on cutting down amount in the next 30 days.

Helpful Hint:  Smooth Move tea…need I say more.
