Diane O. Day 33

Aloha Friday everyone! It’s been a good week.  Enjoyed a hearty appetite yesterday.  Glad I decided to continue the challenge.

Breakfast: Large bowl of berries and nuts with Almond Breeze.

AM Snack:  Beef jerky and water.

Lunch: Kula greens topped with 4 oz salmon, cauliflower rice, 1/2 avocado, sunflower seeds, cucumbers, grated carrot, water.

Rhonda wanted to meet for a pau hana cocktail at Cassanova’s where she had a vodka tonic and I had a huge bottle of Pelligrino. Was so tempted to have a glass of red wine but knowning how Saturday’s WODs are I thought better be safe than sorry.  Yup…BORING!!!!  While we enjoyed catching up we split an order of scallops wrapped with bacon. A little rich for my taste but we only had 2 pieces each. I floated home after drinking all of the fizzy and had snack food since I was not very hungry.

Post Cassanova: 1 small avocado, salsa with plantain chips, 2 dates.

    The scallops sound so yummy! You are so good not having the wine. I would’ve had it and just suffer through the wod:)jilly
