Jessica Day 46: Rest Day

Nice to have rested today. Was tempted to go to the noon WOD with the rest of the girls but I had a bunch of things I needed to catch up on: housework, admin/paperwork, reading, preschool/kindergarten stuff, home project quotes, etc. I went to an Open House at Emmanuel Lutheran and everyone was chomping on cookies, cheese and crackers. Tried to drink water to keep from getting hungry but ended up busting out my emergency Lara Bar in the classroom during parent presentations. Nice.
  • Breakfast: 2 poached eggs, 1 cu coffee w/ almond milk
  • AM snack: 1 turkish fig
  • Lunch: 5 oz Chicken (breast) Curry over cauliflower fried rice (makes me so happy), trail mix of mac nuts, almonds, cashews and cranberries
  • PM Snack: 1 kiwi, 2 strawberries and mac nuts
  • Dinner: 4 oz Chicken (breast) soup with mushrooms, onions, carrots and spinach, Lara Bar (ugh)
  • Post Dinner snack: 1 kiwi, 2 strawberries and mac nuts, then 1/2 cu cauliflower fried rice w/ curry sauce, then 2 pear slices w/ almond butter
