Feeling energized after a day of rest.  Nice way to end the week , ready for a fun, long weekend.  As Jess would say “strong work” at WOD this morning. I went light on the OHSq since I needed to work on getting low. Mark kept yelling at me “DON’T PUT THE BAR DOWN” so with a painful grimance I made it through without putting the bar down. I did go light… but yay anyway 🙂

Post WOD Breakfast: Bowl of rasp, blueberries, walnuts with almond breeze, water.

AM Snack: Will be… 4 slices turkey, handful of almonds, water.

Lunch: Will be.. .Kula greens, 1/2 avocado, 4 pieces turkey, 5 “Ants on a log” celery sticks topped with AB and raisins, water.

PM Snack: 1 large date, water.

Dinner: Large bowl of Kula greens, 2 Garden Fresh meatballs, 1/2 avocado, herbal tea. Dessert was 10 raw almonds.
