Boo…not a beach day. Good excuse to prep and cook after coming home from doing errands.

Breakfast: Ditto (refer to last week Friday). 8 plantain chips…needed crunch factor.

Lunch: Large serving chicken stir fry (zucchini, carrot, mushroom)  with 4 T quiona. Stuffed!

Dinner:  Not hungry due to late lunch and very large serving of stir fry….will snack on                                                 1 Fuji apple with 3 tbsp with AB, 1/2 avocado with salsa and plantain chips.
