Diane O. Day 51

Strawberries on arse, bruise on thumb knuckle, scrapes on collar bone …  battle wounds only a CFitter would appreciate. I was so embarassed showering at gym this morning, what did they think about my butt burns!

Post Breakfast: The usual.

AM Snack: 1 slice of meatloaf with mustard.

Lunch:  Will be… large plate of kale /kula greens with raisins, cucumbers, tomato, carrots drizzled with Braggs, lemon,honey mixture, 2 pieces of meatloaf.

PM Snack:  1/2 apple with 3 T. AB

Dinner: 7 lettuce wraps (filling=ground turkey, garlic, kula onion, chopped shitake mushrooms, grated carrot, chopped water chestnuts and hoisin sauce. Yummy! Dessert will be 2 dates stuffed with AB.

    omg… thats the appetizer from cafe o lei
    i make it too sometimes, i took a picture of ingredients when no one was looking i thought id get in trouble lol
