Strawberries on derriere slow to heal. ..very uncomfortable. Sure hope we don’t have sit-ups for awhile.                                                                                                     I spoke with the fellow at Mana and asked him if we could grind our own AB and he said possibly but the almonds they use for the machine are “special”. He said they are in pieces not whole and they used the roasted ones unlike WF.  This may be an option for those of you with VitaMixers.

Breakfast: 1/2 papaya w/lime, 3 pieces sliced turkey, water.

AM Snack : 2 dates, handful  almonds, water.

Lunch: Will be Kula greens with cucumbers, sauteed kale, raisins, carrots, 1/4 cup quiona, 4 slices turkey, ice herbal tea.

PM Snack: 1 small apple with 2 T  AB, water.

Dinner: 7 Lettuce wraps with yummy turkey filling, seaweed, 1 date, Perrier with lime and splash of Morning Blend.
