Post WOD Breakfast:  Usual

AM Snack:  Will be 4 turkey slices w/ mustard, 1/2 cup homemade trail mix, tons of water.

Lunch: Will be Kale/ Kula green salad topped with 4 turkey slices, 1/2 avocado, cucumbers, purple cabbage, rasins, carrots, roasted pinenuts, sunflower seeds with a drizzle of usual dressing  (lemon, tamari, honey, oh.. and a bit of olive oil).

PM Snack: 1/2 c  homemade trail mix, water.

Dinner: Pork Lau lau over Kula greens, 1/4 c  plantain chips, water.  Dessert was 1/4 c of homemade trail mix.
