TGIF…busy week and looking forward to the weekend. Rest day for me. Love sleeping in.  Thought about going to WOD but that would mean 6 days in a row by Saturday.

Breakfast:  Usual

AM Snack: Homemade trail mix, water.

Lunch: Small serving of pork lau lau, 4 brussel sprouts, water.

Dinner: Pork lau lau, 5 steamed broccoli florets, 1/2 apple w/ AB,    herbal tea.
