Welcome back Mark. Missed you….stay healthy!  Pretty dreary day… though we need the rain I want to see the sun.  Good day for ducks.  For you afternoon peeps have fun running in the rain:-(

Post WOD Breakfast: Usual

AM Snack: Trail Mix, 4 slices turkey breast w/mustard, water.

Lunch: 3 Teri Chicken skewers (from WF), 1 mashed avocado w/ plantain chips, water.

Dinner: Large serving Paleo bean less chilli, 6 small pieces of Okinawan sweet potato, water.

*The Paleo bean less chilli I made yesterday is really tasty.  It has fresh mushrooms, and carrots in place of beans. Would be good with some quiona.
