Diane O. Day 66

Post WOD Breakfast:  Usual, herbal tea.

AM Snack:  1/2 Lara bar, water.

Lunch:  Will be bowl of beanless chili, 3 slices Okinawan sweet potato, 1/2 apple w/ 2 T AB, water.

PM Snack: Other half of Lara bar, water.

Dinner:  Late dinner…on my way home from Wailuku, stopped by box and visited with Mark, Colleen and Jess. Not very hungry must be full moon. Bowl of chili, kula greens, kale, water.

      When I got home at 7:30pm I was not hungry. Friend called and by the time I got off the phone I had no appetite. Forced myself to eat.
