(Backblog) Jessica Day 70: TOO BRIGHT

Went to the box to judge for open WOD 12.3. Colleen totally rocked it out at 223!!! I was so impressed with her consistent form and pace! Wore my sunglasses the whole time because it was way too bright!!
  • Breakfast: Banana and 1 cu coffee, Ibuprophen (for sore shoulder AND hangover=))
  • AM Snack: a chocolate chip COOKIE (YES, SUE ME) I was hurting from my hangover and it just seemed like it would take the pain away. HAHAH. WHATEVS!
  • Lunch: Trail Mix
  • PM Snack: Beef soup
  • Dinner: Cauliflower Fried Rice, smoked venison, salad and cooked bananas w/ cinnamon
  • Post Dinner Snack: Frozen Grapes
