Jessica Day 72: and I’m back….

Haven’t been blogging, but my food is no surprise=)
  • Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 cu coffee w/ almond milk
  • AM Snack: 1/2 papaya w/ spritz of lime
  • Lunch: 1/2 chicken lau lau over green lettuce
  • PM Snack: trail mix of cashews, almonds and cranberries
  • Dinner: 8oz baked salmon filet over green lettuce
  • Post dinner snack: Date ball

Hard WOD today, but I rx’ed, YES! My body’s still tired from yesterday’s WOD. Tomorrow might be a rest day.
