Got home last night and back in Maui mode. Skipped 0500 WOD this morning.  Had a great workout at East Oahu CF Saturday morning which was all legs and then yesterday Lisa and I did the Diamond Head Loop  which took a little over an hour.  Decided I deserved a rest. It is a holiday for me today I am doing laundry and some yard work this morning.  It’s nice to be home.

Breakfast:  Usual, lots of water.

AM Snack: Handful of pistachios, water.

Lunch:  Kale, kula greens topped with cucumbers, purple cabbage, raisins, chives drizzled with oil/vinegar. 1 grilled pork chop, lemon/organic honey herbal iced tea.

Dinner:  Will be grilled salmon on bed of Kula greens, 1/2 c of quinoa, 1/2 large avocado, loads of water.
