 Post WOD Breakfast:  Usual, water.

AM Snack: 2 T AB

Lunch: Pork lau lau, 4 pieces sweet potato, water.

PM Snack: Handful of almonds, green tea/noni mixed with water.

Dinner: Large grilled hamburger, 1/2 cup quinoa (added pistachios, raisins, chopped celery), water. Dessert was 1 date stuffed with AB.

So tired…Much needed REST DAY tomorrow!
