After reading everyone’s entry for the weekend I don’t feel so guilty after indulging in non-Paleo goodies…wine, nutella crepe, mango chutney..yum!  Felt like I was coming down with the stomach flu today.  Lasted for about 2 hours and after 2 Rolaids I was feeling bettter. Going to be early.

Breakfast: Usual + 2 Rolaids

Lunch: Cauliflower fried rice, 4 lettuce wraps with seasoned ground sirloin, water.

Dinner: Kale salad (tossed with cucumber, tomato,sprouts,sunflower seeds, raisins and drizzled with Braggs, lemon, organic honey, olive oil), hummus and plantain chips, pea salad (from Mana). quinoa.

PM Snack: 10 frozen grapes.
