Not feeling 100% today…weigh in was early and %’s higher ( could be the new calipers). Decided to stay for the WOD, thrusters were a challenge, went light and still felt the “burn”.  Left work early so I could go home and nap. Tomorrow will be REST DAY!  FYI…Bought some “Immune Extra” ( pine cone extract) from DTE and it made me feel so much better.

Post WOD Breakfast: Fresh Squeezed OJ from DTE, 1 tab Immune Extra… tummy ache.

AM Snack: Homemade trail mix, Green tea/Noni drink.

Lunch: Lettuce wrap filling on bed of Kula greens, cauliflower friend rice.

Dinner: Met Rhonda for dinner at my favorite restaurant, Cafe Des Amis. Twice in 4 days…I was naughty!           Had chicken, mozzarella, avocado crepe, water.  No wine or dessert this time!
