  • Breakfast: Apple w/ almond butter,  coffee w/ almond milk
  • AM Snack: nada
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken and zucchini
  • PM Snack: cashews
  • Dinner: Salad and salmon sashimi
  • Post Dinner Snack: Pear and Almond Butter

MU=FAIL, BUT PR’ed Power Cleans @ 110#. Will work on MU more because it needs to happen! Legend Joe got his first muscle up! Such an awesome thing to see others reach milestones!!
