Jilly: day 4

Catching up on my many hours of deprived sleep from this nasty cough! Napped for over an hour but couldn’t get off my butt prior to that. Soooo lazy!!!
B: 2 slices whole wheat toast, 2 tbsp natural PB, 1/2 cup cubed watermelon, 1 egg, 1 cup coffee
S: 1/2 papaya, 12 almonds
L: 4oz. Shrimp salad mix, low fat mayo, shredded carrots, green onions, lettuce wrapped in a whole wheat flat bread
S: 1 fig, 5 almonds, few pieces of cubed watermelon

Made this salad for dinner
S: protein shake
