Felt energized after taking a rest day. Think I am finally getting the Snatch …yay! Liz was my partner for WOD and watching her great form helped me stay focused.  Thanks Liz!

Post WOD Breakfast:  1 apple 2 T AB, lots of water.

Lunch:  Mana Food’s Turkey, avocado, sprouts, onion Nori Wrap, handful plantain chips, herbal iced tea.

Dinner: Oh, oh…Lisa in town to clean up her rental.  You know what that means dinner at Cafe Des Amis for their chicken, avocado, mozzarella crepe, 1 glass merlot AND 1/2 of nutella crepe. I promise I will back on track tomorrow!
