Jess Day 10: Break Day

  • Breakfast: 2 eggs scramble, 1 cu coffee w/ almond milk
  • AM Snack: Banana w/ almond butter
  • Lunch: Carnitas over romaine, guacamole, mango salsa
  • PM Snack: Trail Mix, green tea
  • Dinner: Roasted turkey, grilled veggies and sweet potato slices

Was my break day. Met with Mike and IT guru Miles about our FGL endeavor. Moving forward!!! Was the Free Medical Clinic at casa de Cabalo. Will not disclose any patient info due to HIPPA regulations, HA!
