Diane O. Day 16

Was dragging this morning…probably due to the lack of protein at dinner last night.  Glad I went, WOD was fun!!!  Need to get serious and up my daily protein intake. Wish I could go home after WOD and make a  substantial breakfast. Going to try Wakon’s PM shake before going to bed.

Post WOD Breakfast: Apple, 2 T AB, water.

AM Snack: will be…handful of pistachios

Lunch: Paleo lasagna w/ dollop of cottage cheese, water.

Dinner:  Paleo Lasagna, kale salad with 1 avocado, 1/2 c plantain chips,  2 T salsa, iced herbal tea.

PM snack: Wakon’s PM protein shake. Substituted AB instead of PB and Almond Breeze instead of skim milk. 24 grams of protein. Tastes like ice cream!  Thanks for sharing Wakon.
