I swear Wakon’s suggestion about taking the “PM” protein shake has made a big difference in my CF performance.  All of these small improvements, DL PR, complete rope climb, and now using a 20″ box during WOD…since I started taking more protein before bedtime.  Now I have Oly lifts to work on.

Post WOD Breakfast:  V-Shape vanilla protein shake mixed with water.

AM Snack: Trail mix, water.

Lunch:  Apple 2 T AB.  Too busy to eat. Promise to quit using that excuse.

PM Snack: 1 piece chicken

Late Dinner:  Chicken stir fry w/ quinoa, water.                                                                **Got home at 8:30pm…Mom to Urgent Care this afternoon… chills and fever.        MD diagnosed it as pneumonia. Poor sweet Mom is such a trooper.

Exhausted…nightie night….zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
