Hard WOD… KB and wall balls my favorite…NOT!                                                     Exhausted so tomorrow will be a rest day.

Post WOD Breakfast: Protein shake.

Snack: Trail mix, water.

Lunch: Apple 2 T  AB, water.  Hectic day running errands. Just enough time to eat my apple and AB.

Dinner: Grilled 5 oz sirloin, kula greens, kale salad, 3 broccoli and cauliflower, water.

PM Snack: PM protein shake.
