Rest day…not feeling 100%.

Breakfast: Protein shake.

Lunch: Ran out to an appt and stopped at Ichiban Okazuya on Kaohu St.  Picked up 2 pieces teriyaki chicken, 2 pieces ahi on a bed of shredded cabbage.

Dinner: Not hungry and body aching…had large “PM” protein shake.
