Post WOD Breakfast:  Protein shake

AM Snack:  Homemade trail mix, lots of water.

Lunch: Taco salad… sans beans and sour cream and “shell”, water.

Dinner: Kale and kula greens topped with rosemary baked chicken breast,                  10 steamed baby asparagus spears drizzled with balsamic vinegar and EVOO,water.

PM Snack: “PM” protein shake.
