Had a bunch of errands to run so left the house in a hurry without a real breakfast.

  • Breakfast: 1/2 cu coffee w/ almond milk, trail mix
  • AM Snack: mango
  • Lunch: BBQ pork and cabbage salad, small apple banana and almond butter
  • PM Snack: 4oz Steak (haha yes, steak. My meal schedule was all off today)
  • Dinner: Roasted turkey, sweet potatoes and grilled veggies
  • Post dinner snack: trail mix

Was so sore but got thru the WOD. Jilly, why do you allow your husband to have non-dancing music? I don’t get it. haha.
