REST DAY…slept in until 0630, decided to relax a little more in bed and fell back to sleep until 0830! What a treat.  Body feels great…no aches or pain. Sleep does wonders.  Taking morning off from work…stressful work week.

Breakfast: 1 sliced mango and blueberry vanilla spirulina protein shake.

Lunch: Will be 1/2 turkey Nori wrap, trail mix, water.

Dinner:  Pea salad, cucumber slices, other half of turkey nori wrap, 8 lychee, water.

PM Snack: PM protein shake.
