Jilly: day 46

25 May

Great but hard 6 am wod! Hung out with my fave girls Tee and Jenny. Had lunch with the boys at the oh so yummy Cafe Des Amis.
Breakfast: Greek yogurt, 4 strawberries, sunflower seeds, coffee, 2 strips turkey bacon
Snack: 2 bites of banana
Lunch: pita bread with hummus stole some of Adam’s chutney, chicken, avocado, mozzarella, and tomato crepe, nutella and banana crepe so yummy
Snack: few nuts, 1 orange
Dinner: salmon, green salad, snap peas and portabello mushroom stir fry, eggplant in a tomato sauce
Dessert: strawberries
