Jilly: day 47

I tried to eat really good today because I knew that tonight it was all going to be bad, bad, bad!
Breakfast: Greek yogurt breakfast
Lunch: egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, carrots with hummus, few slices of pears
Snack: protein smoothie
Dinner: at my sons preschool get together it was a potluck so I had 2 banana lumpia, a very cute sushi that had a picture of an angry bird on it (they used different colored rice to make the bird so creative I just had to eat one) pieces of steak, bites of pasta salad, tons of dessert, ugh I really feel like a cow!!
