Happy Memorial Day!  Great morning….crazy WOD, yummy BBQ. Thanks to Mike for bringing his grills with all the eats and then doing all the cooking.  Jilly’s banana bread was the bomb!

Post WOD Breakfast: Eggs, 1 piece bacon, piece of Jilly’s banana bread, frozen berries, 4 pieces steak, scoop of edemame hummus, water.

Lunch: Spirutein vanilla protein shake blended with almond breeze, 1/2 banana, blueberries, strawberries, 2 T AB.

PM Snack: Bunch of lychee.   Went to pick lychee with friends at an orchard. Trees were 60+ feet high. A cherry picker hoisted us up to the top of trees. It was like finding buried treasure!  Never picked so many in my life, or ate so many at one time! Two in the bucket…one in my mouth. Haven’t had this much fun in ions.

Dinner:  Broccoli,cauliflower, zucchini, carrot marinated in balsamic vinegar and EVOO, pea salad, turkey breast, water.
